Teach Pool Closure - UPDATE

UPDATE: It’s fixed now: We're happy to share that the teach pool section is now re-opened, and public swim will also resume for its regular hours starting today, May 18. Thank you for your patience
Due to a mechanical issue the teach pool section of the Aquatic Centre is currently closed. We hope to resolve the issue soon.
Additionally, there will be no public swim between 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. this Monday to Thursday (May 15 to May 18), however swim lessons are unaffected.

Kitimat Business Bootcamp series to support local businesses

Addressing local business’s biggest challenges will be the theme of an upcoming Kitimat Business Bootcamp series.
This series is a joint collaboration of the District of Kitimat and Kitimat Chamber of Commerce, and is being sponsored by LNG Canada and Rio Tinto.
The sessions – the first taking place on April 24 - will address key topics affecting local businesses including:
- Temporary Foreign Workers (April 24)
- Succession Planning (May 3)
- Grants and External Funding (May 10)
- Housing Supports (May 17)
